  1. eat less

  2. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Eating a carb - packed big breakfast is a safe way to losing weight because carbs and proteins avoid the need of fat – rich products, sweets and unhealthy food. Hence, a big breakfast is the key to an effective long – term weight loss project. I read about this at http://www.projectweightloss.com/index.p...

  3. Find a boyfriend, that will get you motivated again.

  4. Drink more water - water fills you up

Chew on sugar free gum - the minty taste usually lulls the urge to eat and the chewing action tricks your brain into thinking that it's eaten something and is full.

Brush your teeth after every meal - same as above with the minty taste.

The scales will be showing more because of the muscle you have gained, best to judge by how good you look in your clothes than the number on the scales when you've been to the gym.

  5. Im five pounds under my Ideal weight.

    What say we trade?

  6. read with all caps: SELF DISCIPLINE.

  7. Maybe there is a deeper problem than just eating too much, could you be depressed for some reason?  You really should speak to someone about it, be it a Doctor or Psychologist or even a friend. Try maybe eating as much as you are, except instead of reaching for a choccie bar and packet of crisps get an apple and banana or something along those lines, try and switch your healthy for unhealthy and see how that works for you (never mind how much you eat, it should be what you eat).

  8. well, if you are eating a lot after you work out there is a reason.  Your metabolism is clearly high naturally; but through burning calories via exercise your body simply begs for more carbs and proteins.  This is completely natural.  If you want to drop a few which i'm sure isn't necessary if you exercise - I suggest planning out your meals.  Eat six smaller meals throughout the day.  Also eat a lot of fiber...i.e. raisin bran b/c it makes you fuller and has good protein for muscle growth and recovery.  The six small meals thing will slow down your metabolism, then your body won't always expect you to feed it all of your daily colric intake in just one meal.

    I wouldn't be too scared.
