I am employed in a private concern who does not give me form 16. How can I file IT return?

Form-16 or not, have they deducted TDS? If yes, then you need to get details of total TDS deducted, TAN and PAN of your Employer. Form-16 not available is alright. Get an e-mail from them asking for these details stating that you cannot file without these details. They are legally bound to give this. This e-mail will suffice.

If they do not yet give details, you may file a complaint with your nearest IT Dept.
