I am facial reconstructing a skull of an actual human for a case...forensics related..please help?

I am having trouble finding tissue tables that explain where to place tissue markers on the skull.

Also, the mandible is missing on the skull and i want to know the best way to identify age, gender, and race without using the teeth and mouth.
