  1. I've got a degree and i can't work them out.

I asked them to pay by direct debit and they sent me a bill with extra charges for not paying by dd.

You can't get them on the phone.

They bill me three-monthly when i asked for monthly

Funny, they never make "mistakes" that cost THEM money.

    They are a disgrace!

  2. Get a mobile

  3. Because they charge quarterly not monthly.

If you want to look at your monthly charges and calls, then register with them on line and you can even see it on a daily basis if you really want to.

  4. i pay monthly on a direct debit and get a monthly bill, but don't ask me to explain it -they never seem to get it right. Many times i had to call them on lengthy calls to ponit out their mistakes. if i am lucky and they got my point i get the next bill adjusted. But i am sure they rip us off somewhere or other.

  5. Register on the BT website and view your bill monthly. As stated by previous answer, BT charge you quarterly.

BT have made it widely known that they will add a surcharge to their customers who DO NOT pay by Direct Debit.

BTW, someone with a degree cant understand a telephone bill ?

Doesn't say much for our education system does it ?!!
