  1. maybe you could tell people where you live so they can give you sources nearby

  2. im always depressed.. but the most i can say is to put on a happy song and tell yourself to get out of it.. i dont know why but whenever im depressed i tend to listen to sad music and think about how horrible my life is... just do the exact opposite even if you dont feel like it.

  3. not that i know of but maybe you should try listening to music, it is really soothing depending on what you listen to

  4. I'm sorry dude.  That sucks.  I had some problems with depression, I just went to see a doctor and they gave me some medicine, and I'm all better.  I never get depressed.  Ever.  I'm happy all-the-fukking time it rules!

But yeah dude just go see someone if you think you need to it's really not a big deal.  And it's not like I'm crazy or anything I'm just a normal dude, play sports, video games, etc.  Just sometimes there can be a chemical imbalance that medicine helps so just go see someone dude. If it's too uncomfortable to talk to parents, maybe go see a School Counselor (If your that age) or just drive yourself there.  It's worth it.

I feel for ya man, wish you the best.

  5. go to this website it really helped my sister going through some mental problems http://www.depression-help-for-you.com/d...

  6. me too

  7. Well sometimes we just have mood swings, and a moment in life can just make you depressed. I cry sometimes and I'm not sure why I'm just a depressed moody person in general, beside me being a teenager. Has anything recently occurred in your life to make you feel this way ? that could definitely be it too. Hope you get better and hope this helped.

  8. i had the same problem by i saw some one and found out it was a problem in my brain chemistry and now i take one pill a day and i dont think negitively. it hasnt changed me just made me feel more confiden, pleasent and out going. and this might lead to a girl friend which is never depressing. at least not to me i love just talking to mine on the phone for hors, just tonight we talked for 4 hrs

  9. Just take a deep breath and go talk to someone, the best thing to do. Everyone has depression, man .. don't take it hard, your not the only with it. Just relax and think of happy things to do. Cheer yourself up somehow.

  10. your crying for something, school? social life? past physiological things?

it had to be something, just let it out. dont bottle it up, its bad for mental health.

  11. I'm feeling depressed right now, and so whenever I feel depressed, I listen to a song I like, not like a depressing James Blunt song, a cheerful song might make it worse, but right now I'm listening to "have you ever seen the rain" and it's making me feel better for whatever reason.

  12. Eat chocolate,

    It helps for depression

  13. kids help phone tryed it one time it was kinda helpful dont you gotta good friend you can talk to ? They always know what to say. Just hang in there...

  14. Speak to a psychiatrist.

  15. Welcome to my world..... :(

You can email me if you need somebody to talk to.

  16. Yeah....Always open to helping to people. And this happens to me all the time. Ill just cry for no reason and I wont even know why

  17. Read a book

    Pet a...well, pet

Write a list of good things in your life.

  18. its normal for teens to become depressed naturally. life changes.

i'm 17 though and i just recovered from 2 sessions of depressions (haha ryhme) and you need to confide in someone. Happy drugs won't make things better so no use going to a doctor.

Talk to a close friend or relative. Not saying you need to talk to parents but depending how long this depression lasts your gonna need to eventually no matter how akward it is. Do you have a brother, sister? Family usually works better than friends but whatever works for you.

You need to talk about everything thats going on in your life right now, cry it out, let the emotion run free and you'll feel slightly better.

There is no such thing as true online help for teens but i guess you could search the web if ya wanted to.

Try going out more to movies or do some community activities. It'll take your mind off of the stuff that you are depressed about. Don't be shribbled up in your bedroom all day. You need as much social activity as possible. Believe me.

Well i hope you feel better. depression is never fun and shouldn't be joked around about.

    Good luck! =]

  19. Feeling that way means you literally have a chemical imbalance in your brain. Medication will make the chemicals in your brain balanced and you wont feel depressed for no reason anymore. Find a way to get some depression medication. no one deserves to live that way. get help.

    good luck! :)

  20. um read a bible and then watch something funny on youtube. if all else fails take a nap.

  22. DONT SPEAK TO A PSYCHIATRIST!!! Damnit people dont you realize what they get paid to do? Sweetie.. yes, I will do some research and find a group for you, there are chat rooms, but usually they arent talking about what they are supposed to be talking about. There are also teen crisis lines, and free counseling available. It is normal to cry and not know why.. Im 25 and I still do that. Its a natural emotion that actually is releasing toxins, so when it needs to come out you should let it whether you know why or not. Get good sleep, eat well, simple things are usually what make us all ok. By all means though if your sad times are outweighing your happy times by a lot, you should talk to a counselor, sometimes it takes a few tries to find the right one, so dont get discuraged. I have never been physically abused but the counselor I found was at a domestic violence womens shelter and she changed my life. There is help, you will be ok.. dont label yourself just yet. Write and surround yourself with positive beautiful things. Here are a few links,I didnt go to them cuz you know what you need, not me. Try them out and keep lookig if they arent right, I just put in teen help groups online support to the yahoo search.

Youll be ok.. smile!! As much you can,, smile.

  23. Go to bright sunshine and be there for some time. Try to watch sun. If you have any idea of plying outdoor game. Just do that. Everything become normal. Yo feel very cherished. Report to me on getting relief.

  24. YES parental help is very uncomfortablele but what i do is just laugh about the the situation. www.forabetterlife.org is such a great webstie feel better and sometimes cry for no reason, it's natural it;s a hormone.

    You'll be fine:)

  25. You probably know the reason you are sad. Approach this and deal with it. Or avoid it like all h**l, go our with mates, get pissed and smoke heaps. Depends what kind of person you are.

  26. If it makes you feel better I am really sad too. My boyfriend physically and definitely mentally abuses me. As far as help goes for teens. I would try to find an 800 number. There are probably good reasons behind your depression. You are not alone tonight.

  27. ya i have the same problem. Like parents just think its something sychological and its so annoying. Sometimes u just feel that way for no reason. But dont think to hard it will only make matters wourst. Bein a teen is so emotional and all the rumors and **** r retarted! So just look at the positive things in life and if u haveto just let urself cry alot and be depressed for a day or so. ull snap outta it i went thro the same thing like 2 weeks ago

  28. Don't fight the fact that you feel depressed. Accept this feeling but remember that feeling states change. Even people who are chronically depressed experience ups and downs. You can get through this. You should ask for some help .. medication...therapy...

You can distract yourself a little. Try some art. Try watching a movie. .. but don't drift into fantasy. Tomorrow - try to get out of the house and try to talk to someone in a way that you can manage and that doesn't result in an uncomfortable situation. Just try to make contact with someone in a positive way.

Talk to someone..engage with the outside world.
