hi therei was wondering if anyone can advice...i wake up at 7:30 am and begin my work at 9:00 and back home at 5:30 and feel so sleepy and when i tried to take a Nap i ended up wake at 7:30 am .... i have this problem from 2 weeksi suppose to study as i will take an exam after 80 days and this sleep disturbance inhibits me to do my studying ........i am living in BC,canada and the weather now is nice not like the cold winter i think i should be fine..thanks in advance
