I am filing for bankruptcy and my house is forclosing?

Question

if the bank sells my house for less than what i owe will i have to pay the difference even if i'm filing for bankruptcy? How long will i have to move out after the foreclosure starts.

If the house is sold as part of the bankruptcy, then you don't have to pay.  When it's foreclosed, they will let you know when to move out.  If you don't the Sheriff's deputies will show up and you will know./
