I am filipina a resident of Guatemala, can i used my documents as a resident for my fiance visa processing?

i am out of the Philippines since 1996 when my husband abandoned me for almost 15 years, now i have a fiance and he wants me to bring to USA, my problem is I am still using my husbands family name,Please reply me ASAP.

In order to qualify, you need the following:

Legal status to be married (and to be fiance first).

US citizen fiance.

Like the first answerer indicated, get proof of these and end-of-previous-relationship and of new-relationship, you are good to come.
