  1. Your employer wants to know whats in it for them, why should they hire you. Yep, they seem like strange questions.

Answer in a way that explains what you did for your previous position that made it better. (Not knowing what field you are in hinders the answer somewhat).

For example what did you do that made the company more money/sales, or brought in more customers, increased production, designed forms that made paperwork smoother and so on.

Just be sure to back those answers up oftentimes they will have you give examples during your interview.

And if you were always on time, rarely missed work, trustworthy you should include those too.

  2. You can say cause you area a responsible person who can accomplish any task they give to you. You can give a few adjectives that describe you: Puctual, Reliable, Smart... Or that you can adapt to a learning environment easily. Basicly stuff that will make you look higher then all the rest. It should stand out so they will think you hiring you. Hope this helps..

  3. One thing you will learn is that Interviews/Applications are just bragging. Kinda silly to me.

It was hard for me too because I'm so used to modesty.

You have to learn that you need to basically be like "Hire me because I am second best only to Jesus". Also, always give the "right" answer or what the employer wants to hear.

You should be considered because (list skills related to job).

Like if it's for a position dealing with people: I like working with people, I'm hospitable, fun, and energetic.
