I am first year engineering student.I want to know whether there is 5 KT rule for us.?

My friend has got 4 KT's in main subjects and 1 KT in applied.we hav 12 subjects in all.last year we had 10 subjects and 4 KT's were allowed.

i think u r from mumbai university. if yes, i want to know which course. new revised course or old revised course(it may seem funny to ignorant people).

if u r from mumbai university and if u r having problem in going from S.E.. to T.E.. due to K.T. rule, u cannot have a drop due to a flaw in change of syllabus. if u want to know why, u need to e-mail me at [e-mail]. i can't write here because reason is too long to fit in here.

what you are saying is true.read dna newspaper date 19th august,2008

the day is tuesday.the page number is five(5).

if u fail to get hold of dna newspaper frrom anywhere of above mentioned date, try searching "engg students can fail in five,still keep terms" on www.dnaindia.com. but the column says it is a proposal put forward by faculty of technology.by the way, vikas in ur answer list is my friend. u can put any queries on his e-mail id.

im an electrical engineering graduate and haven't heard of KT...better define what is KT, then i can help you
