  1. There is a molding type, called "lattice."  It is made by several mills in a variety of sizes.  A good lumber yard often will stock two versions.  Remove one of the existing slats, by bending it.  Press hard in the center, until it pops out.  Even if it breaks, it's not a problem, just one more slat to replace.

Measure the thickness, width and length.  Shop around, until you find a yard that sells a profile that is close enough to work with.  Moldings cannot be special ordered, except in lots of hundreds of feet.  Cut to length, stick one end in, and bend it until it pops in.  You may need to taper the ends.

  2. I had this problem.  If you have one of the slats that has come out.. take it to a cabinet shop.  Or measure the slats opening I had 20 made for less than $20.  They were easy to pop in.  Just make sure the measurements are correct...

  3. you can make them out of wood and spray paint them , or check lowes

  4. It would be easier if you just bought a new door, the louvers you'll have to make then take the door apart to put the louvers back in, then glue and clamp it, I would just buy a new door. done deal.

  5. by a new door there cheap
