I am flying Asiana Airlines to China-anyone flown with them before? Do the planes have private tvs? Any info?

I am not familar with Asiana Airlines and it's a long flight to China from Chicago, so I was wondering if anyone had any first-hand information about the airlines?

Trust me. ive flown Asiana before. You will have a GREAT flight.  Usually the flight from Chicago to Seoul is flown with a B777 or a B747 (PAX). From seoul to china maybe flown with an A330 These aircraft do have personal TV screens that HAVE AVOD. Which means u can watch movies and show whenever u want! theres also LOTS of legroom. another thing i find great about Asiana is its seats. when they recline, the lower part of the seat (the place where your butt sits) also moves forward. very good for sleeping! the lavatories are also great. there are disposible toothbrushes w/ toothpaste and combs.  the inside of the lavatories are also wayyyy cleaner than other airlines. However, there are some aircraft that asiana owns that lack these amenities. From Chicago to Seoul just pray that the plane u fly on is NOT the B747(COMBI). This aircraft lacks pretty much everything i mentioned above. but overall, the best thing you'll enjoy is the SERVICE. flight attendants respond well with every passenger request. they will give u drinks and snacks when u want. just ask!. hope all this info helps!

Yes, the planes have seat-back tv for sure.

Asiana airlines is voted as one of the best airline in the Asia and world too.

It should be pretty ok, and service would be much better than US based airline for sure and of course
