Start your search with travelocity.com. They have a ton of options with an assortment of ai lines and after you see who flies there you can go to the airline directly and see if there is a better fare. They have an easy web site and a ton of info,....

I am not sure exactly but the last flight that I took was on United, and I was happy with the service and the ticket price is reasonable. I also reccomend Allegiant Air.

Priceline.com, expedia.com, travelocity,com

While I've found that Priceline is generally cheaper, I've found flights better suited to my needs on Expedia (more flights, better times, etc).  Travelocity seems to be in between the other two.  While I have always looked at Travelocity, I always seem to wind up purchasing from one of the other two.

Your best bet would be to fly into St. Pete (just across the bay from Tampa) on Allegiant Air.

Some rates are as low as $29 each way.
