I am flying on jetstar from melbourne to Saigon. Can i bring my own food on the plane?

If you are flying Jetstar, I can see why you want to take your own food on.

Nothing against the people working there though!

Yes you can, but liquids are not allowed. Also I don't suggest bringing any un opened bags, like chips, i found out that they inflate and have a chance of popping. I think fruits aren't allowed either.

Off course.  But dont' get anything liquid or mashy or you won't be able to get it through security.   You can off course buy anything you want at the airport.

Should be able to bring food on the plane; although, I would be careful about bringing food with a strong smell so you don't bother other passengers.

Also, remember that altitude effects change the taste and digestion of food. Stay away from heavy carbs and sugar, drink lots of fluids, and enjoy the flight!

Yes, you can bring your own food.  But you might want to buy the food airside, ie once you get through Immigration to ensure nothing gets confiscated.

You poor thing, flying Jetstar< and going to Saigon, I couldnt think of anything worse, why would you want  to bring your own food? do you eat something weird or what>?
