I am flying tommorw out of ontario and i wasnt going to bring a carry on bag?

But i wanted to bring my bose quiet comfort headfones on the plane with me can i just wear them around my neck and bring them on or do i have to have them in a bag?

you can just wear them or carry them in your hand on the plane.

they don't need to be in a bag.

but when you go thru the security you will need to put them in a bin and thru the x-ray machine.

and you may actually want to bring just a little bag to be sure you don't loose your wallet or keys or id or passport.

When you pass through Customs (or whatever that security screening area is called), they will probably ask you to remove them and stick them in a bin for X-ray.  But no, they don't have to be bagged in any way.
