I am forced to go to public school. But i really dont want to. i need tips to help survive in school Help!!?

okkk tihs year i have to go to public school. i have been going to privite school for my whole life intil this year when i am going into 6th grade. my mom said that if i absolutly hate it then she will send me back to catholic. i want help trying to not get beat up and fashion and most of alll i need help trying to make up an exuse to go back to catholic. please please please Help me!!!!!!!!!!

Relax! Be yourself, do your work, make new friends and you will be fine. As far as fashion, you know what you like. Dress as you would any other day. (as long as it is appropriate for school) Stay away from the wrong crowds. Watch and listen before you choose friends. You will be surprised what you learn about them by their actions and words.

The Catholic School would probably offer a better education program in most instances. Now 11th and 12th might be a different story, unless the Catholic School has a good Physics and Chem lab.

Public school is 40 billion times better than private school.  I will never forgive my parents for making me go to private school. I started public school in the 5th grade and it was fine!  The people are nice, they aren't NEARLY as judgemental as private school people and you get to actually learn something besides "what Jesus said."  People don't get beat up in Public Schools like you think, most people go through their entire school career without getting beat up.  You'll enjoy it, and make lots of friends.  Relax!

well first of all do not go to school wearing hollister abercrombie Aeropastle Ae ect. people will think you are just a wanna be i suggest buying your clothes at target they are cheaper and you will have more friend because they wont think u are s****.

I HATED catholic school and when I went to public school I was very grateful that my parents transfered me.

I did have to earn how to fight and use a knife however. Can't have everything though.

just be yourself... don't worry, public school isn't going to kill you. Have fun, make a few friends and don't fall for the wrong guys. Keep your grades your top priority and you will be fine... I've been in public school my whole life and I actually love it...

hmmmm   I suggest you carry a switchblade knife, mace, pepper spray and take all the kids lunch money and killl anyone who crosses your path....and do your homework.....good luck

I hate public school too. I was in it for 4 years and I hated it. Now i am in Catholic school I love it. Here are some tips. Don't let what anyone says get to you. they say terrible things. Good luck

Well, If you want to survive one day, your going to half to learn not to make such a big deal out of everything. If your a girl, you probably wont have to learn how to fight, but if your a boy, get ready for a few brawls. I personally have been in many fights and I am a guy, they were as little as punching someone in the arm, to cracking a big stick over someones ribs. You should join as many clubs and teams as you can to make as many friends as possible, because if you got a bad a** crew, no one will mess with you. And remember, you have to appear bullet proof at all times. But most of all, have fun!
