I am freaking out!!!!!!!! I am going to fly in international flight for the first time alone?

Question

Going to travel from India - Singapore - Australia in Singapore airlines.

There is a flight change in Singapore ( Changi airport ) and have a time of 3.30 hrs. I want to know whether I have to handle the luggage or the crew will take care of it? Since I am going to fly in singapore airlines again from singapore-australia is it enough if I just go for check-in and get my boarding pass and proceed to boarding or do I have to take care of my baggage too? pls help, I am nervous. Also what all stuff can I carry in my hand luggage? Can I take some cloths to change and toiletries ?

You will be fine. Usually, luggage that is being brought on the plane will have to be a small suitcase and you can bring clothes. It is alright to be nervous, but I can tell you I am a pilot for JetBlue and there is nothing to worry about.

The luggage you drop off  at checkin when you first leave from India you don't need to worry about until you get to your destination (Australia).  Hand luggage can be nothing sharp (scissors, knives), no water, and a few toiltries.

You can bring any type of clothing, but sharp objects and liquids watch out for.  You can bring food too.  Enjoy it, it'll be fun!

You will not have to carry your baggage when changing planes. In your carry on luggage you can carry a change of clothes and some toiletries but they need be very small. After 9/11, the restrictions are much stricter so make sure you do not get yourself into having to throw your stuff away.

i have to admit that i wuld be pretty freaked out like yu are right now but the adivce i wuld give to yu is when yur on the plane just breath and try to busy yourself until yu get to the next airport and then call a friend so yu dnt feel alone when your trying to go to yur next flight

i wuld take a carry on bag but the only problem is yu cant take liquid unless its in a little tube but the carry on bags wuld be best so yu dont lose your luggage
