I am freaking out about this!

but the thing is does it look like toxic mold also i'm realllly freaking out about this because i have my 10 month old girl living here and it's just a 2 bd apt. that mold is in this closet that has our air conditioner too so i am really really really freaked out about this i've been reading about mold online and it is really bad. the owner keeps saying he'll be here tomorrow then doesn't show up. and all he's talking about doing is spraying bleach on it and then painting over it. i don't know what to do i'm really scared and freaked out.
