  1. Contact the French Embassy

  2. Contact your embassy?  Your son might be entitled to French nationality through parentage.

  3. If you are in London, Go to your embassy in South Kensington. A link to the website is www.ambafrance-uk.org Good luck!

  4. Contact your Nearest French Consulate or Embassy and

state your problem so that they can make the necessary

accomodations to assist you through the Country you are

in...because in every Passport it should read "To give

this visiting National/Citizen Every Lawful aid and Protection"

  5. where are you now located ? please answer as to give you the address of the french embassy nearest you ........

i will check back to see if you answered :-)

in order to speed you paper work , please find a place already to get your pictures made and for your son also ......

have your birth certificate and his ready

    EDIT:

if married ? have your marriage certificate, your husband's birth certificate,a bill showing your residence ,an ID,green card if in the USA,residence permit if in another country ,

    if you do not have a birth certificate for yourself , please contact the city hall (mairie) of the city where you were born, they will do it by email or fax ;

since this is an emergency , you may want to consider paying the extra fee in order to get the passports faster ?

the french embassies do take visa or debit card for fees , and add the speedy delivery return postage as well since this is an emergency ,

if you are in the US , your son will be adopting the french nationality by doing all the papers in the french embassy ....

your son must accompany you to the embassy when you are asking for passports (rule)

    :-)

  6. If your son is entitled to a French passport through parentage, then go tot the french Embassy in South Kensington, London.

Alternatively, go to your nearest Passport office with all your sons documents to get his passport.

    Best of luck,

    Philip
