Is it a good place to live?

Has anyone done this type of thing?

I have a bachelor of Arts degree just not sure how I'd go about looking for a job and somewhere to live etc. My parents do know some people over there but they might not necessaraly live in the same place as where I would work, there is only so much freeloading one can do after a certain time as well (not that I wouldn't pay them rent of course)

So where would I look for a job?

  1. Its fantastic!!! - we are cousins don't you know? Check out the NZ immigration website - its very easy to use and has all the papers and answers. Whatever you do - DO NOT AT ALL use an agent - no need at all. All forms on website and easy to complete.

Finally - DO NOT LIE in any shape of form on your application - if you get caught out - and you will- the door will shut on you for a very very long time.

You can also visit / holiday here, then apply for a job and work permit while you are here. Bring some dollars with you - its not a cheap country at all.

Hope to see you soon, mate!
