I am from India and presently in USA on H4 visa.Do i need a visa to enter Canada for visiting Niagara falls?

The H4 visa is valid till oct 2009.

  1. unless you are a permanent resident of the USA yes you need a visa to visit Canada

  2. Your best bet is to check with the Canadian Border Services Agency or with Canadian immigration, but I think you need a visa.  But if the H4 visa means that you have a green card, you are ok with that.  Here are the links to those two sites.  Best of luck with your plans.
