I am from Lebanon and will be working in Riyadh soon. I would like to know about the best areas to live in?

In addition, i would like to know about the name of real estate agencies,contacts numbers, compound names/buildings where i can find really nice one fully furnished bedroom flat to rent (including kitchen,living room,dining room etc) (with gym,swimming pool preferrably)

Could you tell me about the exact rental cost for such specifications in addition to the contacts numbers..Many thanks in advanc..your help will be really appreciated cause i will be going to Riyadh soon.

hey , welcome to riyadh , welcome to the real world

as mentioned befpre there is plenty or  real estate  agency and it is bit hard to  give u a list of all the agency  , as there is no gency list prepared yet .

plenty of things u  have to also concider :

-  living is a campound is the best  things to do once u r here : u will find all the all the facilities and  entertainement u r looking for ( gym pool .... )

knowing that campouds are bit expensive these days ... nothing less than 36000 sar per year ( for a small studio )

u have also to concider that  majority of the campounds are based bit far from the heart of the city ( mamlaka tower and faysaliya tower )

- if planning to to have a campound it depends  if u are  bacholor or u r planing  to  search for a family accomidation .

having a family accomodation is very  easy  will find appartemnt around 25000 sar ( 2 or 3 bedroom....) and it will be in a good area .

bacholor accomodation  are bit hard to find , there are bit far  bass it is not impossible ( if live in a bacholor accomodation ) i pay around 14000sar

furnished apparement are very popular here there is plenty of them

they start at : 2500 sar per month and they can reach 6000 sar  per month  and good areas

many list of campounds are available if u search google , riyadh campound list .....

i am not so sure about the real estate agencies, because u'll have to come here first and find one your self. chances r u will be in a hotel for a few weeks until u find something. the best area to live is in city center, next to mamlaka tower. there is a well known compound, not so fancy, but its called akariya compound. its got reasonable prices. good luck.
