I am from india with J1 visa.This june i am leaving to costa rica through usa?

As the question, i am going through usa what should i have to do.What are the requirements should i have to full fil. I saw in one of the answers.I have to fill some requirements can any body tell that what are that requirements.Where can i apply for a transit visa or a B-2 visa.

If you are in the US with a J1 visa, you have no problem leaving the country and coming back, as long as the J1 is valid and you have your DS-2019 form with you when you re-enter the US.

In the airplane they should give you a small *white card that is for none resident, Fill it out Completely and make sure you don't bring any good  you should not bring. *like seed's and home packed goods. I you bought some thing than more than 500 dollars bring the recipe with you.

If you have the Visa and you are just "hoping" into America you should be ok.
