most programs i found were in the US and for US citizins only ..

  1. You can always pay for the SUMMER, however, if you are looking for the gov to spnsor, you need to be a citizen

  2. Try Florida international Univeristy. It's a good school and I'm pretty sure they are accepting of students from other countries, hence the name.
