try china airlines or japan airlines. but i advice you not to take philippine airlines cuz their service is pretty crappy (no offense tho).  but i HIGHLY suggest , you take the china airlines one. cuz its pretty cheap (=

philippine airline was pretty crappy for me when i used it, cuz there were alot of turbulences and had a bad landing. but RAX maybe your experience was a bit different from mine. so yeah..=)

If you want the cheapest airfare, plan ahead of time. Buy your air ticket at least 45 to 60 days before departure to enable you to get the lowest booking class. This way, you'll get your airfare cheaper compared to purchasing your tickets 15 days before departure.

I wish to disagree with PNAY, Philippine Airlines is not crappy. I've used it several times, the food and crew service are good. They are comparable to any other inernational airline with good reputation.

China Airlines crash frequently but they are cheap.  Bring a broom and dust pan maybe its not clean enough. There you go, no problem.
