not many cheap cars are fast, and not many fast cars are cheap. try a used honda civic si or something like that

civic are nice cars but they were the number 1 stolen car in the US... i dont know what your limit it but a cobalt ss with a supercharger is fast and looks real nice... also a scion tC is real nice to... i dont know how fast they are but just put a turbo kit on it and it will do the job

Honda Civic. You are a little too vague. "Cheap" can mean a lot to different people.
