I am getting a car with in 2 years and wondering whats a good first car?

Im 15 and working on my permit. My dad said that he and my mom might buy a car and I make payments. Im ok with that. But I was wondering whats a good car?

I want something that has good milage.

That is not huge but not small. I dont like to sit low.
