I am getting a message that updates are available for my computer but I keep cancelling it cuz it says I ?

should back up my system first. I've never had that message. I have no idea how to back up my system. What do I do?!

are you talking abt windows updates? but windows updates do not normally ask for backup! you need not backup your system. just update without any backup.

the popup is coming from a program on your computer so if you dont need the program (thats doing the popups) then delete the program and the popups will stop

updating system is more safe from virus it is downloaded from windows site.

if u want to cancel r in future if u dont want that message

control panel>automatic update> click turn off update
