I am getting a pop

Question

I am getting a pop up from Norton Antivirus all the time and it may take 20-30 times to press Block before it goes away. It states "Norton Internet worm Protection has detected a remote system that is attempting to access your computer.If you've started a program that requires Internet access eg. gaming etc then select Permit to allow the program to continue." I have not accesssed any outside programs. This started shortley after I attempted to download some CD's onto my iPod. Is there something I should be checking off so that the antivirus will block automatically? Thank you.
