I am getting a ticket amended for $450?

I just was wondering if this is an average price or if I am getting majorly ripped off, lol. I already paid and got it over with but it sure was a lot of money for a $130 ticket. I'M NEVER SPEEDING AGAIN!!!!!!

If you were way way over the speed limit or in a construction zone then its possible. If not you got ripped off really bad.
