I am getting an injection?

Question

My doctor said I need to get an injection of testosterone (because my body cannot make it). Were do they inject it into? And are there any side-effects? I can not contact my doctor. My appointment is tomorrow. Thanks in advance.

i'm not sure where they inject it but it will make you more energetic and more masculine because testostorne is what is made in the testicles for men

They probably inject the hormone into your blood stream

I'm guessing into your arm.

We always inject it into the upper part of your butt. (sorry for lack of a better term) It's a pretty thick mixture, so the needle is pretty big and it takes a few seconds to get it all in. Don't be scared though, it's a very common injection, and it's worth it!

The injectable form of testosterone in not necessary anymore. You can get testosterone in a bottle where you squirt it onto your hands and then rub it on your body or you can get Androgel - which I use which comes in a daily packet and your open it and rub it on your shoulder.  

As far as the injectable testosterone - they generally inject it in your butt and as far as side effects there should be none if the dosage is correct. If you find yourself getting angry or aggressive then you are getting too much testosterone.
