I am getting chest pains?

Question

Ive been getting these pains lately. It feels physical but on the inside. It feels like someone is pressing their hand down on my chest as hard as they can. I am young. :/ Do I have something wrong?

I had the same thing two months ago and Im 30. It was angina pectoris which means chest pain but its caused by stress. Get checked you never know!
