  1. YPrPb refers to the component video - if you are sure the cables are plugged in to the correct outputs on the cable box and the correct inputs on the TV, it could be your cable box doesn't support component video.  You might only be able to get HD through an HDMI cable.  If you are sure the cables are right, the next step would be to call your cable company and see if they can unlock the output, or if you need a different type of connection.
