  1. What do you mean by "get the residence"?

    If I'm reading you correctly.

I'm thinking you should be good to go on your wedding night. It's the first time I've ever heard anyone refer to it as "residence".

  2. It generally takes 3-9 months to get your Visa paperwork at the Spanish Embassies.  I'm not sure if you can do it in Peru.  She should go to the Spanish Embassy and ask. You may have to go to Honduras to do it.  Your status with the United States immigration Department will have no bearing on your Spanish application, unless you were deported for some international crime or something.

Once you have your visa, you will have to go to Spain and submit your paperwork for you Residence Card.  This takes a couple of months.  Once you get your residence card you can work, live, travel freely.  After you have lived as a working resident in the country for a year and a half (i think that's the time) then you can apply for citizenship.

  3. She has to file you the appears to be eligible entering spain. Since Spain is in Shengen, you probably have to go back to your country and go to the spanish embassy getting your papers fixed before being able entering spain.

Just ask at the spanisch consulate in peru if they would accepting your petition. I think not since you are illegal in peru! Good Luck
