I am getting prank phone calls that I think could be from a hacker or something O_o has anyone had this proble

I have comcast digital voice right now and as of last week somewheres I have been getting prank calls. Why do I think it's some kind of phone hacker? Well, sometimes the caller id says unknown name and number which would be common for prank calls, but other times it had the number 000-000-1337 which "1337" means leet online..... Every call I answer I hear some random internet music hits like chocolate rain for examble. Also one thing that creeped me out is that after getting 8 calls on the house phone my cell phone started ringing.. on the caller id was not unknown or 000-000-1337 but IT WAS MY HOUSE NUMBER... My house phone was not being used though... I think someone has taken my information and somehow controlling my phone. Anyone know what I should do? Sorry for the long question xD but its the only way I could explain lol.

block them...call comcast and have them look into it...something along those lines.

I've had something similar happen to a friend. She tried calling her phone providers but they never fixed the problem. The best thing you can do is go ahead and tell your phone providers what's going on and that you want to change ALL your numbers. Make sure you give out these new numbers to only friends and family. Also, the way people get your number is if you put it down when you sign up for something like a magazine or other online subscriptions--dont do that! put a fake one if you have to. In fact always give a fake one unless it's crucial for the organization you're signing up for to get in contact with you.
