Question:

I am getting really depressed about my weight, does anyone have any excersizes or things lyk that to help?

I really need to lose some weight, i have been feeling really depressed about it lately, i dont want to go out with friends or do anything becuase i feel lyk people are always looking at me because im fat.

i hav a relatively flat stomach but my thighs and lower legs are huge and is where i tend to gain weight 4 some reason - which feels lyk the worst place i cud gain weight becuz our skool wears skirts and i prefer tight jeans. so anyway...

i was wondering if anybody knows any easy excersizes that can burn fat off my legs to make them less, fat.

i cant and dont want to hav to go on any sort of diet or buy anything like special pills/teas or things lyk that.

just some exercizes or ways to help me lose some weight and feel better about myself :)

  1. Running is the best thing that you can do for your legs. Also try laying on your back putting you hands under your butt for support and lifting you legs at a straight level don't lift you legs upward you have to lift them straight and keep your legs their for awhile. Then you can alternate lifting one leg after another but still keeping you legs at a straight level without touching the floor.


  2. I know this is not the answer u are prob. looking for., but i had the same issue with my weight. I dnt want to come off wrong, but i would never go out or hang out with my best friends just b/c of my weight.  I was extremely underweight than normal.  I know thats a different answer than your looking for,  but you have to undestand its really not.  I didnt leave my house for at least 3 months b/c i was so worried about what people thought of my weight. I am going through a lot  and thats y i dnt gain weight but my pomt is that its hard to go out truthfully,but your TRUE FRIENDS will never judge you..  

  3. walk a couple miles or run up some stairs couple times a day.

    i do both i walk 3 miles everyday and run up lots of stairs just to stay fit.well u cant just eat like c**p then run and think u r going to lose weight u have to have a blance.

  4. any type of exercise would work, but the best is to do something you like to do. Maybe walking around your block, taking dance classes, doing all types of exercise from a dvd. If you have fun with it, you'll see the results in no time. =]

  5. Run! i swear, it  will tone your legs and cardio activity such as this burns fat ..that with healthy eating- your greens, your fruits. for running, any cardio workout for 20-45 minutes 3 or more times a week is good....

  6. Find someone to workout with such as a friend/family/spouce/pet.

    I am over weight too, but i still make time to workout, I have a lot a hate and I run it out.

    Listen to your music or watch tv as u workout.

    Just 20min a day.

    No more then 2000 cal.

    Drink alot of water.
