I am getting really sick of winter, is anyone ready for summer!?

I live in new york, its march 18, and we've got 5'2 of snow -(normal) and its snowing right now... is everyone ready for summer????!!!!??? Im willing to take a flipin hair drier and take it to all this snow.. tell me some of your wishes for the summer, and tell me some horrible stories from this winter.. Tell me some dreams for this summer and dream about you on a beach tanning and feeling relaxed in the bahamas! be creative! i love reading everyone's comments! make them nice and long too!

I've been ready for summer since the end of last summer. I strongly dislike winter, I am from Santo Domingo and snow and I don't get along too well. This winter has been the worse for me. It spoiled my kids b-day party. I had a double b-day party 2 Sundays ago. It snowed 10 inches here in Cincinnati, just the day before the party and the bakery did not make the 2 cakes I had ordered and I didn't find our until the day of the party. I end up putting on the table 2 regular cakes from the shelf, not what  I had ordered.  A lot of people did not show up blaming the snow, even tho the roads were the day of my kids party. Oh well, I guess God created snow for a reason, but Him and I are gonna have a talk when I go to heaven. LOL

Well, seeing as how I am in AZ, I am not ready for summer.  Winter can stay for as long as it wants to.

I live in England and I'm certainly ready for summer, however it will probably just mean more rain for us! I live at the beach and I'm wishing for a gorgeous summer so I can sunbathe and take my boys to the beach everyday!!!!
