I am getting train tracks and was wondering....

When they put them on do they have to inject you or any-thing and i'm getting them on top and bottom does that cause more pain. Also what colour???

No. no injections. they will however up to one week before you get your braces put in, they will but rubber bands on your back teeth to make room for the actual brace so you will probably get a head ache for a little until youget used to it. youre teeth r gonna move each time they tighted them up but nothing that ibuprofen wont take care of.

colours?? i personally wouldnt put any colour rubber bands in but its up to you and your age.

top and bottom does hurt quite a bit but i think its better that way because you get the pain all over at once where if you have them done separately then you have to go through two lots of pain

i like blue and purple for colours

or baby pink and light green

or baby pink and baby blue

or bright green and purple

and blight pink and orange look amazing too

just don't go for yellow and green

lol. no they dont inject you with anything it doesnt even hurt when they put them on cuz all they do is stick them on there with the glue stuff... BUT a few hours after your done you will start to feel lots of pain from your teeth beginning to shift so you might want to keep some pain reliever handy. my favorite color was the silver or lavender when i had mine. hope i helped!

no they dont use injections its relaxing when they put them in but it aches a bit after but after 2 days it goes away, i had light pink dark pink, then light blue and dark blue but my favourite was all the colours (rainbow)

Red, Orange, Yellow, Light Green, Dark Green. Light Blue, Dark Blue, Pink, Purple, White, Black.

Looks lush.

well i had mine done a few days a go they don't inject you they just fit them in i have purple ones top and bottom !!!!!

it doesn't hurt at first but after a few hours they do hurt and your teeth start to hurt as well and they will be sore for a few days and also you may get ulcers in the first week of having your braces so make sure you have bongelar to put on the ulcers as they will hurt.

The orthodontist should tell you to get a special toothbrush to use and you should get some special wax to stop the braces rubbing !!!!!!!

i know there is alot but also you have to clean your teeth after every meal and you have to eat certain foods and you cant eat certain foods and you have to cut it up into small pieces its really annoying my mouth still hurts know also you need to get special mouthwash i am fed up with my braces already and i have to go back in 6 weeks how annoying =)

but your teeh will be so much better when they are out thats all i think about but dont worry you will be fine !!!!

There is no pain relief/injections given for the fitting of braces, it is not necessary. It can be a little bit uncomfortable as they have to keep your teeth dry whilst they glue on the brackets, but there is no pain associated with having braces fitted.

As for colour, I'd advise pale colours to avoid the "shock" of having something on your teeth. Ask your orthodontist which colours stain and which don't. Unfortunately, pale ones tend to stain when you eat certain foods, so I'd go for the palest, non-staining colour.

if your a girl get pink if your a boy get red :)

NEVER GET GREEN YELLOW OR BLACK

people will take the mick n say that they are the same colour as your teeth

no u dont have to have an injection.. it may feel a bit uncomfy when they put them on.. but thats about it, no pain involved unless ur dentist is rough and pulls/pushes too hard..

as for colours.. i used to like black and pink..
