I am getting two red rings flashing around the power button on my XBOX360?

Question

I looked it up on Microsoft's website and it said it could be due to overheating. But it's doing it right as I turn it on so I know it's not how. And the fan is still working. But it shuts off completely. I've let it set and "cool" (even though it wasn't necessary because it had set all night.

if you have the red ring of death,keep complaining,its not your fault.microsoft are spending billions of dollars to try and fix it.guess bill gates got out just in time!
