  2. As a US Citizen you would not need a visa because of the Visa waiver between the 2 countries. Your Husband having a Chinese passport would indeed need a visa.

  3. Check on the NZ Immigration website (www.immigration.govt.nz)

    If you are coming over for a holiday you may not need a visa.  Your husband will need a visitors visa though, again check the immigration website.
