  1. I didn't get my period until I was 14, but I didn't get b*****s until I was 14 either.

What I have read is that you have to have some weight on you to get your period. I was 80 lbs at the beginning of 8th grade and then I gained 40 lbs and was 120 lbs.

So, your problem may not be whether or not you are developed but how much weight you have on you.

You may be able to do somethings without having a doctor check down there. You could have a blood test to measure hormones or you could have an ultrasound on your belly to see that you have organs. Actually a female doctor could feel for them right around your pantie line.

So, how much do you weigh and how tall are you?

  2. you are fine..

im 15, almost have a C bra, and i still dont have it...

    hope this helps!

  3. do you play a lot of sports?

if you do that can be the reason a lot of athletes don't get their periods or get them very rarely when they are very active and training a lot.

  4. You don't have to go to the doctors, periods can happen years after b*****s have even finished developing. I'm sure you've heard it loads, but enjoy not having it while it lasts

  5. hunny there is nothing wrong with being a late starter my mate didnt have her first period till she was 15 and didnt have anoethr  1 till she was 16! if you are worried then go see a doctor or talk to a female family member ... it will come to you sometime ! blodz x

  6. some girls start at 16 even if they have their b***s already

its perfectly normal, nothings wrong with you.

it will start when it starts but if it doesnt start by the time you're about 18 you should see a doctor. and once it does start it will be irregular for about two years, so dont worry about that either once you do get your period.

and BE HAPPY that you dont have it yet!

a period is such an uncomfortable little hassle.

the longer you dont have to deal with it the better!

  7. People start periods at different times. I shouldn't worry about it at the moment. However in a few years you still haven't started I would go to a doctor.

  8. It's okay puberty hits between 12-16.

  9. it's okayyy!!!

    everybody starts at different times!!!

    like some girls

they start at like 8 years old!!!

    i started at like march..

    and i'm 13 too.

    i thought i was a late bloomer.

my cuzin started before me and she's like 10 or something!

everybody starts at different times so it's okayyy

    ur time will come!!!

you should be happy you havent started yet.

    so much blloooddd.

    yuckkk.

    and tummy issues!!!

    once i got my period.

    i was likeee

    oh sht.

    then i wished i hadn't started.

cuz i used to want to

    cuz everybody did.

    but nahhh.

u should feel lucky you havent started yet.

    hahah.

weirdd i just got off minee.

    periods are icky!

be happy you havent started yet!

  10. no no no this is totally fine! every girl starts when its her turn! you could be 18 and still not start which is very normal ( and lucky ) if you ask me

  11. I got my period at age 12 but it is normal to get it later on in your teens. I think it's if you don't get your period by age 16 then you should go see your doctor about it. Ask your mother or another adult female about periods too if you need more information. Best of luck!

  12. don't worry about it. it's normal to not get your period as early as others. my sister got her period when she was 16.

  13. Well maybe you should get checked if you say your a size c in bra.But just because your b***s grow that doesn't mean puberty you have to have body odors and of course your period.Like they say better be safe then sorry.I got mine when I was 11.So I advise you to make sure your okay and that everything is fine.

  14. I wouldn't be concerned yet as long as other signs of adulthood have or are appearing.

Do you know how old your Mom, grandma, aunts were when they started? there is a connection.

  15. yes it is my sister was 16 when she first got her period it's going to come when it's ready. Be patient its going to come.

  16. yeah its okay.

  17. You''l be fine. You'll have it by the time your 18, and if you don't the doctor does something (I forgot the name) that makes you have it.

    Now plz, answer mine.

  18. It's perfectly normal.  I know a girl who got hers a few days before she was 15, so don't worry about it.

  19. yes that's ok.  are you very thin?  that might have something to do with it.  but i've know lots of girls who haven't gotten in until they were 15.  i got my period when i was 11 and my sister was 9, so consider it a blessing because it's really nothing to be looking forward to.

  20. its cool i didnt start mine until a bit before i turned 14 and i used to wish it to come, but now i wish it to go away lol

  21. It's ok...I am going to be 14 in 3 months, and I just started last month. So don't worry, you will very soon! =] Good luck!

  22. yes! its totally fine i have been 14 now for about 4 months and i started my period about only 2 months ago...also if your a smaller girl ur more likely to start later, however if you don't start by the time your 16 i would go see a doctor....but from the way you explain it you seem fine just give it a little more time!

    hope I helped!

  23. are you under weight? sometimes when women become under weight they don't have their period. But no worries ... sometimes the period is the last thing to come. and be thankful ... periods suck ... but if you are sincerely worried about it, talk to your doctor.

  24. Yes its ok, i know girls who have gotten there periods at 9 and then i know girls who didn't get it til 15.

  25. i didn't get mine until a month before i was 14, it's normal, i'vew heard of 16 year olds who haven't had them

  26. Sounds like you're about average for puberty.  Check the graph (link) and see where you fall under.

  27. Yea. It depends on the person for when you get it not the age. Some people don't get it until they are 15, 16, or so. So don't worry about it. It's ok.  :  )

  28. Yes it's ok. Although some girls have it super early (like 11 yrs old!) some girls have it once they are in high school (15, 16 yrs old).

Everyone is different. Nothing to worry about.

Enjoy your time without it...cause it sucks!!!!

  29. The time of a period can vary from the start of puberty. Some people have one in a few short days of starting puberty and some take years.(Puberty of a female usually starts at about your age.)

  30. that's totally normal, no worries.  I started mine when i was 15.

    no problem with late bloomers!

  31. You will be fine, at this point in time there is no need to go to doctor. Hormones which are the bodies natural chemicals is what brings on puberty and you are in the later stages of puberty. Mother nature is not ready for you yet. The onset of your period is a genetic make-up, ask your Mom when she started her period, that might help. I hope I have answered your question, Good luck to you.
