I am going a cruise in 6 months and want to ?

loose 10kgs, i think its bout 20 pounds. i have 6 months to do this and cant really afford to go to a gym as i am saving to go on this cruise. i want to wear a bikini on the cruise. im not over weight, just a little chubby than i would like,

so please help me, and things i could do with my baby boy whos 16months old would help.

plus also what to eat as well, im fine with my eating through out the day but when it comes to tea time i seem to struggle and just eat whatever i no i shouldnt

so thank u for your help

  1. Try the Special K diet... It actually works and isn't too hard to follow.

  2. at tea time have a lot of soya nuts. just 2 tbsp fill u up. also if you have more complkex carbs like wholewheat bread, you will get less cravings for sweets. have glutamine powder am/pm . My dietician swears by Glutamine powder for reducing cravings and also improving nutrient absorption.

    Have you heard of AB Lounge?  It's great to lose a belly!  I would stick to fruits and vegetables most of the time and make sure to get protein.  Beans are great protein for you.

    Take mother and baby swimming classes. They are fun, so I hear.
