I am going crazy help!?

Question

It is a Sony Dream System. I guess one of the kids zoomed in b/c they can't appreciate widescreen, and now I am stuck not being able to see anything. Most importantly my subtitles on Lost! PLEASE HELP ME THIS IS A DISASTER!

There has to be a button on the remote or a way in the menu to change the display size or type.    My guess would be it is a button on the remote because your kids changed it so easily.  It may be labeled "display" or "format"?

This is definitely fixable.
