I am going fishing to parris lake in CA

If you like fishing for big bluegill and red ear, you won't be disappointed.

Watch for diapers when you're walking the shore/beach.

Perris probably has in it the world record spotted bass waiting for the right bait to catch it.

Use the biggest baits on or near the bottom in the deepest areas I would say purple worms blue worms even combo colors with wide and curled tails. I would even use as much as a one once lead head to get down to them too!

If your talkin' Lake pErris then there be, Bass, Bluegill, Cats, Trout, Carp, and Red Ear (similiar to the Blue Gill). These come ta' my mind but, there may be others that have been introduced to the waters ~ haven't fished it for QUITE some time ;)... < ' ( (( > <
