I am going into cheering this year, and i need to loose 10 pounds in 2 weeks.how can i do that?

so, they need me to be 90 pounds, im 100. i need to loose 10, but i only have 2 weeks!!!!!

What diet/exercises should i do??? im five foot, and i know 100 is a little much, but it wuz summer and i was lazy! so please help!!!

  2. That's a little unreasonable that they want you to lose 10lbs in two weeks. If you're gonna try it, be careful. Don't fall for "miracle diet pills" and such because they just don't work and can cause more harm than help. Eat healthier, and get A LOT of exercise.

    But another thing, if you're trying to do this to be a flyer, don't even worry about it. If you stay really tight and hold up your body weight, you will be just fine. 100 lbs isn't even heavy, if your bases can't lift that they need to hit the weights! Not your fault. On my squad, we have a flyer who is about 90 lbs and one that is 120. And all the bases say they feel exactly the same because the 120lb girl can hold up her weight.
