I am going into high school this year at a new school. Any advise? =)

Stay true to yourself. Focus on academics and remember the friends you have now and that you will make--most of them will not be around once you graduate. Establishing yourself in a new environment may place you in some difficult surroundings.  Just remember to try to live less in the moment and know that a split second decision you make today could change your tomorrow forever.

I found myself in your same situation last year, and guess what, I survived!  It really wasn't that bad at all.  Just be friendly.  Smile and talk to people.  If you are shy, they might think you are arrogant and think you are too good for them.  I think you will find the first week to be your hardest, but once you find a good group of people to hang around with, it will  be much easier.  Also, if you have trouble finding friends, join a club or sport.  I know you've probably heard that a billion times, but it really works =]

Do your work women it is due. Make the right friends, those that will help you and not pull you down. Ask questions when you do not understand what is going on. Pay attention in class, respect teachers and students. Join extra-curricular activities./
