given me a load of c**p furniture and wont give me my money back i have contacted consumer right and they have told me to write to them and i did and they said consumer rights told them that they should come to my house and look at the furniture and another furniture shop said that is a load of c**p consumer rights would not say that, i honestly regret going their and they will not give me my money back so do you think i am right to go on consumer direct

If I were you, I would contact the Better Business Bureau....They have helped me everytime I have called them.  They will MAKE this company make it right with you.  I would go on consumer direct as well.....Don't let them get away with this.....Do whatever you have to do to make them give you your money back.
