I am going on a 7day cruise how much money should I plan on spending?

let me restate I am going INS cruise for 7 days I have already paid for it how much should I plan on spending on just my self planning about 3 -4 excursions

I think it is about 2 grand a person.  As for other expenses on the cruise, I guess it all depends on how cheap/expensive you want to get.  Best bet is to bring a few hundred just in case.

Plan several excursions which can cost you hundreds or more in the seven days but it will save in the long run and give you a better vacation.  Why? Because although the food is free or cheap on the boat, liquids like coca-cola ($28 per 12 pack) and beer the same $28 and liquor also is super expensive.  I tend to take one or two extra suitcases for liquids of any kind packed well will save you big time.  Take advantage of the free breakfasts as the liquids are free for the whole family.  Watch the shopping frenzy as it could cost you thousands if you have a wife and or kidds.  Everyone gets excited and its the skys the limit.  My brother in law took the family last year and he blew $30000 on the wife and three kidds ( that was doing it the carefree way)Stay away from gambling it doesnt pay and never will.
