I am going on a carnival cruise soon (Carnival Victory).?

Question

Has anyone ever sailed on this ship? What are some interesting things to do? What should/shouldn't I try?

Helpful tips and hints please...

honey have not sailed with carnival but only hear bad things of them but a lot of people do enjoy . i have only been on royal caribbean sorry this is not much help

*Someone* has sailed on this ship.  I personally have not been on this one, but I have taken several Carnival Cruises and vow to never be subjected to another one.  

Interesting things to do?  Watch how many times the servers can hide in the back during dinner to not have to help you.  Watch how many "big johnson" wife beaters you can spot in a single breakfast.  Guess how many bottles of Bud Light and Corona a certain party can consume.  

Sorry - Carnival cruises are what they are.  You get what you pay for and there is a reason they are the cheapest.

I've been on the Carnival cruise (cant remember the name of the boat) but it was pretty big.

Anyhow, I was on a 7 day cruise to Mexico when I was 21.  It was so boring, I actually gained weight on the ship because all there is to do is eat eat eat.  You have to literally wake up so early in the morning to get a seat by the tiny pool.

I will never take a cruise ship again.  Oh, also, watch out for the bill at the end of your cruise.  You will have to tip your diner host, steward and so on..........
