  1. Well it depends on your age on what to bring to be not so bored. You can try crossword, wordsearch or suduko books. My big kids bring iPods, DS, and coloring books. They also bring some light snacks, like crackers and cheese, fruit snacks, etc. Airlines are't letting you bring your own bottled water through security (even if you have an infant) so be prepared to pay 3.00 at an airport gift shop for one. Also they sell magazines and books so you can buy those for entertainment, or bring your own from home.

Lots of hotels have safes if you are concerned about your purse. I have never had a problem just leaving it (I carry Prada) at any hotel.

You can check www.TWA.com I believe for all restricted items before you pack :)

    Have a great trip!

  2. I would bring a laptop or an ipod if you have one. If you don't, I usually bring something to read or just a pillow so I can sleep. If you have a portable DVD player, you could bring that also. I hope I helped answer your question.

  3. FUNNY they don't want you to bring this or that and NOW they will not even let u check luggage> What the h**l are they doing with all that cargo space,... ???? grrrrrrr

Just remember to use a baddie and use small bottles that s***w on bc of the have a tip top slip open top they always leak. And btw EAT something before uget on the plane,.. they are sure to start charging for drinks like on alot of European airlines soon! I always take my DVD player bc sometimes those 3 or more hr flights have a movie that's terrible! OR you've seen it and do not want a repeat. You can rent a DVD player at most big airports and movies too for about $15 and they return it at the arriving airport - I've done that - just make sure that both arr and dep airport have that shop bc they charge you by the day! And for GOD sakes take your BAG! :-) Have fun,... take me :-)))

  4. Bring:

    - A good book

    - Magazine

    - iPod

    - Inflatable neck pillow and eyeshade (sleeping helps pass the time)

    - Coloring book and crayons (this is always entertaining, no matter how old you are!)

That kept me entertained on a 10 hour flight - I think it'll work well for a 3 hour flight, too. :)
